Pending which team you are placed on, you will gain deeper knowledge on a specific area.
Some of the responsibilities include developing selling strategies and tactics across all Kohl’s digital channels to provide the best digital customer experience while driving sales through strategic site merchandising, optimizing internal search and product recommendations and analyzing customer data.
Digital UX (User Experience) Intern
As a User Experience Research Intern, you will work hands-on to conceptualize and conduct user-centered research to inform digital strategies and experience designs.
Digital Content Developer Intern
As a Content Developer Intern, you will learn the team's responsibilities, cross-functional partners, and technical processes while coding responsive digital experiences across all digital channels.
