In this internship you will get an overview of how Kohls.com comes to life.
You will learn about several teams including our Digital Strategy team, Digital Merchandising & Analytics team, and our Digital Item Production & Operations team.
Pending which team you are placed on, you will gain deeper knowledge on a specific area.
Some of the responsibilities include developing selling strategies and tactics across all Kohl’s digital channels to provide the best digital customer experience while driving sales through strategic site merchandising, optimizing internal search and product recommendations and analyzing customer data.
