Insurance 
You'll have 45 days from your first day of employment to enroll, with benefits starting immediately upon hire. Access Kohl's Benefit information by clicking here and selecting 'Future Associates'.

401k 
Personal contributions can begin on Day One of your employment. After one year of service, Kohl's will match 100% up to 5% of your annual pay.

Associate Discount
15% off everyday with no exclusions (includes Sephora!), with pop-ups to 35% off a few times a year. Starts on Day One of employment.
 

PTO 
Paid Time Off is available on the first of the month following your start date

• If your start date is before February 1st, you will received 20 days lump sum of PTO
• If your start date is after February 1st, you will received a prorated amount of days dependent upon your start date

Full Day Holidays:
The Corporate Office will be closed in observance of the following eight (8) holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• D&I Floating Holiday (To be used any day of the year)

1/2 Days - Enjoy the Holidays:
The Corporate Office will close at noon on the following days:

• Good Friday
• Friday before Memorial Day
• Day before 4th of July
• Friday before Labor Day
• Wednesday before Thanksgiving

You will be receiving a laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, charging cable, etc.

If you live more than 30 miles away from Corporate HQ, equipment will be shipped to you at your home address.

If you live less than 30 miles away from Corporate HQ, instructions will be provided by your manager on where to pick up the equipment in preparation for your first day. In most cases, equipment pick up is in the North Lobby.

Hiring Manager
Your manager will be in contact with you prior to your start regarding details of your first day / week and can answer any questions regarding your schedule, timing, etc.

Orientation
Orientation is held virtually from 1-3pm CST on your first day.

Dress Code
Business casual is acceptable. Whatever you are most comfortable in, whether that be jeans or dress pants, sneakers, or dress shoes!
