You will blend your deep technical data knowledge, strong business acumen and stellar problem solving abilities to help transform Kohl’s into a data native organization.

What you'll do

Work as part of a balanced team with product management, engineering and design

Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify problem statements that could be better actioned on with data visibility and analytical insights

Enable value to be drawn from raw structured and unstructured data sources by applying complex derivations, transformations and rules

Perform analyses of internal and external data to surface major trends and insights

You can visualize data and present core insights in a clear and compelling way
You know big data techniques (Hadoop, Spark)

You have hands-on experience in at least one of the following machine learning areas: computer vision, natural language processing, time-series analysis, etc.
