As a Credit Intern you will work in a Kohl’s Contact Center and enhance your leadership skills by getting in-depth experience supervising various departments (Customer Service, Collections, Sales & Service)

  • shadow supervisors and observe coaching conversations, associate relations issues and running a team
  • participate in weekly training classes, leading up to managing a department on your own for the final two weeks of the internship
  • with the help of your mentor, learn how to handle all situations that a supervisor encounters

As online business continues to grow, so do our eFulfillment Centers. As a Leadership Management Intern, you will spend time learning day-to-day operations to gain an understanding of what it takes to manage, motivate, and be a leader in an eFulfillment Center.

what you’ll do
  • participate in a rotation, observing different departments in distribution (shipping, receiving, order control, picking, etc.)
  • spend time shadowing supervisors and interacting with managers to understand how to handle all situations
  • take on additional leadership responsibilities each week, leading up to managing a department on your own during the final two weeks of your internship
