Every spring, Kohl's hosts the Sophomore Career Expo for undergraduate sophomores who are (or think they might be) interested in a career in retail. 

It’s our goal to help undergraduate sophomores find a path that's right for them; a job that's so much more than a job and something they can really sink their teeth into and find passion in. Participating sophomores will have the opportunity to explore #LifeAtKohls, partake in an array of professional development opportunities, as well as learn more about our diversity & inclusion initiatives at Kohl's. Upon program completion, all participants are invited to an exclusive early interview opportunity for an internship following their junior year.
