Our Business Resource Groups


We have eight Business Resource Groups (BRGs) with more than 7,500 members focused on driving business by recognizing and championing diversity and inclusion in its multiple forms. The BRGs make an impact across the organization with a focus on our three diversity and inclusion pillars. They lead our organization’s cultural celebrations, offer opportunities for diverse talent to grow in their career with leadership and mentoring opportunities, drive strategy by acting as a key resource to various business units across the organization, and work directly with nonprofits that connect with their communities.
Asian Pacific
We bring associates together to create an inclusive environment and offer open discussions that matter to Asian Pacific communities.
Black Professionals 
We bring associates together to contribute to an inclusive community, advocate for Black associates to have a voice and ensure that Black culture is a part of everyday life at Kohl’s.
We bring associates together to promote mental health and support people of all physical abilities, knowing diverse perspectives make us stronger.
Hispanic y Latino
We bring associates together to celebrate Latino culture and cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Young Professionals
We bring associates together to develop young professionals and encourage them to drive innovative ideas.
