Logistics Leadership

Let your passion to lead and motivate a team, and oversee operations, shine through. With distribution locations across the country, there are endless leadership opportunities for you in logistics.

Maintenance

Our maintenance teams keep things running—fast. They troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment and systems that power our buildings, from conveyors to HVAC.

Distribution Centers (DC)

Support customers by supplying
merchandise to stores. 
Operate Monday - Friday, occasionally Saturday. 
Offer 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.

E-Fulfillment Centers (eFCs)

Support customers by shipping kohls.com orders directly to their doors. 
Operate 24/7, during the week and on the weekends.
Offer 1st and 3rd shift opportunities.
