Our Location
We want our associates to be both fulfilled in their work and supported in their lives. Our CSOC has many amenities to do just that! Two favorites include our onsite wellness/medical clinic and access to employee assistance program counselors - both free of charge for associates and their families.
We're big on celebration + engagement
Our teams incorporate the spirit of San Antonio's major cultural festivals into some office fun that's seriously creative (and competitive). Join us for our next float building contest - it's like no other celebration you've seen.
They say home is where the heart is. Through our Kohl's Volunteer Program, we donate our personal time to make a difference in local communities by volunteering with eligible nonprofit organizations.
And while we are strongly committed to the thousands of communities we are a part of across the United States, our San Antonio CSOC shows up in a big way!
