Our CSOC is home to a team of associates who support our customers every day, with a primary focus on credit card management while also enhancing their in-store and digital experiences.

Our Location

Our San Antonio Credit Center is located in a modern, newly updated workspace designed to support collaboration and connection. Associates work in a dedicated first-floor suite within a shared campus environment.

Wellbeing & Amenities

We support our associates both at work and in life with a dedicated on-site Kohl’s Wellness Center and access to virtual EAP resources.

Associates also enjoy:
  • Fitness center with locker rooms
  • Walking trails and outdoor spaces
  • Sports courts
  • Cafeteria and coffee kiosk (coming soon)

Culture & Community

Giving back is an important part of our culture. Through Kohl’s Volunteer Program, our associates support local nonprofits and make a meaningful impact in the San Antonio community.

We also bring the spirit of San Antonio into our workplace through team events, cultural celebrations, and moments of connection that keep our teams engaged.
